Request for Qualifications: NDPTC Year 2 Hurricane Resistant Community Planning and Building

The Pacific International Center for High Technology Research (PICHTR) is soliciting statements of qualifications from entities interested in providing services to PICHTR in support of the National Disaster Preparedness Training Center (NDPTC) at the University of Hawaii. Applicants shall have prior experience in course development, delivery, and/or lecturing on the topic of hurricane resistant community planning and building design. Interested parties should submit a statement of qualifications which must include a list and biographies of key personnel that will provide the required services, corporate qualifications, and past performance to execute on the work. Submittals should include proof of appropriate Hawaii and/or U.S. professional registration for all applicable fields. The contracted work will involve technical assistance and consultation services in the development of the Hurricane Resistant Community Planning and Building Design Course.
