Request for Proposals - National Disaster Preparedness Training Center (NDPTC) Support Services

This announcement is issued by the Pacific International Center for High Technology Research (PICHTR), as a sub-recipient of the University of Hawaii at Manoa (UHM) and under agreement with the Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii (RCUH), for the execution of the National Disaster Preparedness Training Center (NDPTC). In accordance with requirements for the program, PICHTR is soliciting proposals for the necessary services to support the delivery of NDPTC courses, while NDPTC will take the responsibility for marketing, scheduling and monitoring course deliveries. PICHTR is seeking a qualified contractor to provide the services listed below.

It is envisioned that this collaboration work is as follows: PICHTR will designate a contractor to work with NDPTC to provide the administrative and logistical support necessary to provide the delivery of NDPTC courses. Such administrative and logistical support would include, but not be limited to, the hiring of NDPTC certified instructors, making travel and required lodging arrangements, arranging for space for course deliveries, printing of materials, purchase of equipment required for training, shipping of materials and equipment, calculating and vouchering expenses, instructor compensation and payment of invoices for the aforementioned services.
