Tools and Resources for Pursuing Climate Change Federal Funding and Addressing Environmental Justice

The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and the Inflation Reduction Act are making historic investments in the fight against climate change, including in areas pertaining to renewable energy, electrification of transportation, and resiliency. Coupled with the Justice40 Initiative, the Federal Government is ensuring that 40% of the overall benefits of certain Federal investments flow to disadvantaged communities that are marginalized, underserved, and overburdened by pollution.
